Wallpaper.com.au take special care in packaging of all artworks, posters, wallpapers & decals in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives faulty or broken please notify us immediately and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) we will help in arranging a replacement or repair for you.

We will authorise a refund or online store credit if we are unable to replace or fix a faulty product.

Please email relevant photo(s) through to hello@wallpaper.com.au immediately after receiving any damaged or incorrect products so we have the issue resolved for you.
